| Message | I have been in touch with the Holiday Inn Express in Lynchburg and have asked them to remove the excess rooms from our hold. We now have the appropriate number of rooms for everyone who has signed up for the ride. One person is riding with the group, but won't be sure if he can ride until the last minute and for that reason has elected to make his own room arrangement.
As soon as Dave Robinson gets me the final route properly formatted I'll be getting packages out to everyone.
If someone decides at the last minute to join the ride, there are rooms available, but you'll have to pay the full cost of a single or double room as we have an even number of people going on this ride.
Since the room arrangements work out evenly, the fact that my daughter is competing in the State gymnastics finals, and that I don't have the new Harley, I've elected to stay behind. I know that Al and Dave have checked the route, done some tweaking, and I can assure everyone you'll have an awesome ride. You'll be going down some very scenic Virginia byways and through some nice towns ENJOY!!! |
