How bout a ride to the annual Punkin Chunkin catapult pumpkin throwing contest the 1st Saturday after Halloween. A scheduled tour of 3 mile island nuke plant, A trip to Lake Anna state park for a burger and a quick swim in the Lake. A trip to a Pennsylvania coal mine for an underground tour.
There are tons of things to do all withen a days ride. We just need members to e-mail in ideas or things and places where they have been or would like to go and we can set something up in advance. All ideas are welcome, maybe we could create sort of a wish list and when someone wants to put together a ride pull a idea from the list and research when and where. I have been to several club rides and the main topic seems to be "Where are we stopping for Lunch" ? |
