There are 7 overnight trips scheduled this year, now because of date changes four of the seven trips conflict. The West Virginia trip and the Endless Mountain trip are only three day's apart on back to back week-ends. The Upstate New York Trip and the Endless Coast trip overlap in September. There are 52 weeks in a year guy's and at least 26 weeks of good riding weather, we can't space these trips out a little better? Another thought, wouldn't it be smart to take a poll on these trips to see how many people are planning on going. Should we set minimum attendance requirements or cancel the trip for lack of interest. I would not want to be a ride planner and knock myself out planning a trip, only to find out that only one or two people have any interest in the trip.
Good points. I'll talk with Joe P about moving the West Virginia trip.

Since my work schedule limits when I can do the overnight Endless Mountain 2003 , I can't be flexible on the dates unfortunately. However, regardless of the number of attendees, whether its just Lynn and myself or 25 additional bikes, Endless Mountain June 2003 is a go. My guess would be that a few other overnight planners have similar circumstances. It would be nice to space all of them out evenly if it can be done. This year we have a few overnighters that are further distances away from home than the norm and will take more time than the usual 3-4 nights. Any idea of the number interested in those kinds of trips? I'd like to see more of the 2-4 day variety. This way if they are close together, time off work would not be as great a concern.
