I'd like to get a decent paint job on my wife's bike (1995 Virago). We tried a local body shop last year, and although the results were inexpensive, the quality left something to be desired. In particular, I don't think they put any clear protectant on it, since it scratched easily. This time, we would like to add some kind of design, but not too elaborate.
I don't want to spend more on the paint job than the bike is worth, which is easy to do with some of the custom shops.
